Post Why does my r4 card freeze on the loading page?

i have recently bought an r4 card for my DS. i have watched videos on the internet to see how you can get it started. i have done all of them and it still freezes on the loading page even without the SD card in. if you have any ideas please helpcheap r4i cheap r4 r4i sdhc buy
